Why do you offer a solution other than the iPad?

Simply put, we believe people appreciate choices. The iPad is a great chart viewer, but we believe we can offer you solutions that may be better for your situation, depending on your requirements. Many of our clients prefer a Windows environment, maybe because that is what they know and are comfortable with, or perhaps because they have specific software that only works in Windows, or maybe some avionics and other hardware interfaces require it. In any case, we have found that the iPad is a great fit for many, but is not the answer for all.

Why is the Fujitsu Q550 or T580 (A500) a better solution than the iPad?

In some cases, the iPad may be a better fit. In others, we believe there are better alternatives, such as the Q550 and T580. Primarily the reasons revolve around technical capabilities that our clients need and want that they simply can't get from the iPad, including an anti-glare screen, USB port (avionics update device), SD Card slot (avionics update device), removable battery, Windows operating system (compatibility with all Windows programs), etc... Aside from what we will tell you, we strongly encourage you to evaluate our client reviews of our products.

Do you offer training?

Yes. We offer onsite or online training, performed by highly qualified trainers/pilots. Our goal is to make sure you are very comfortable with the solution before you take it into the cockpit.

Is your EFB capable of displaying NACO and Jeppesen charts?

Yes. Jeppesen and/or NACO charts are easily viewed and updated on the EFB.

Can you help us with on-board real time weather monitoring and GPS navigation in the cockpit?

Yes. We can provide, install and configure reliable and portable weather and GPS solutions so that they are ready to use right out of the box.

Can I put my documents on the EFB, such as flight manuals, OPS manuals, service manuals, etc?

Yes. We take this a step further by utilizing the OBDS solution to manage all of your documents, updates, etc… The OBDS solution gives you your very own website and management system to keep track of all documentation and changes.
